4 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
An envelope of dry yeast powder (7grs) 2 teaspoons.
1 cup of warm water
1/3 cup of oil
1. Dissolve the yeast with a pinch of granulated sugar in 1/4 cup of warm water (this must have a temperature between 37° and 42° celcius precisely for the yeast to work). We let it rest until it increases. (This takes about 10 minutes)
2. Then in a meson or in a large bowl we place the flour, salt, oil, yeast and warm water. We start kneading until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Then let the dough rest with a covered cloth between 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
4. We cut the dough by making buns or giving the desired shape to the bread.
5. Place in the preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes and then for about 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
6. This is how our bread is ready.
7. With this recipe, approximately 6 to 7 loaves come out.
