Creamy Cloud Mousse

•INGREDIENTS:

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup condensed milk

1 tablespoon gelatin powder

1/2 cup hot water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

 

•INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.

2. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the dissolved gelatin mixture. Blend until smooth and well mixed.

3. Pour the mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

4. Serve chilled and enjoy the light, creamy texture!
