Pecan Pie Lasagna

 

A no-bake, layered dessert that combines the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the rich flavor of pecan pie. This treat is sweet, crunchy, and totally irresistible!

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

Crust Layer:

 

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

 

⅓ cup granulated sugar

 

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

 

 

Cream Cheese Layer:

 

8 oz cream cheese, softened

 

1 cup powdered sugar

 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

 

 

Pecan Pie Filling Layer:

 

1 cup packed brown sugar

 

½ cup light corn syrup

 

⅓ cup heavy cream

 

¼ cup unsalted butter

 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1 ½ cups chopped pecans

 

 

 

 

Instructions

 

1. Make the Crust

 

In a mixing bowl:

 

Combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.

 

Add melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

 

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.

 

Chill in the fridge while you prepare the other layers.

 

 

 

 

2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

 

In another bowl:

 

Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

 

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.

 

Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

 

Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

 

 

 

 

3. Make the Pecan Filling

 

In a saucepan over medium heat:

 

Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and butter.

 

Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a light boil.

 

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.

 

Let it cool for 10 minutes, then pour over the cream cheese layer.

 

 

 

 

4. Chill and Serve

 

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

 

Slice into squares and enjoy this layered dessert perfection!
