2 ripe bananas
120g plain cookies (like tea biscuits)
35g melted butter
75g whipped cream
200g sweetened condensed milk
35g sugar
Powdered sugar for garnish
Chocolate flakes for topping
•INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the base: Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust.
2. Layer the bananas: Slice the bananas and layer them evenly over the cookie crust.
3. Make the cream layer: In a bowl, mix the whipped cream, condensed milk, and sugar until smooth. Spread this mixture over the banana layer.
4. Top and chill: Garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate flakes. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
