•INGREDIENTS:
2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
•INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the Dough:
Cut each biscuit dough piece into quarters.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces, shredded mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni slices, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Pour the melted butter over the mixture and toss everything together until the dough pieces are well coated and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Assemble the Monkey Bread:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared bundt pan or baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the Pizza Monkey Bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
