PEPPERONI PIZZA ROLLS

•INGREDIENTS:

1 package of pizza dough

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese or flavor of choice)

1 egg (beaten, for sealing)

Cooking spray or olive oil

•INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Step 2:

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares using a knife or pizza cutter.

Step 3:

Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices (or your chosen toppings) on top of the sauce.

Step 4:

Carefully fold each dough square into a roll, pinching the edges to seal them completely. You can use the beaten egg to help seal the edges, brushing it lightly along the seams.

Step 5:

Crush the Doritos in a plastic bag or food processor until they’re finely crumbled. Roll each pizza dough ball in the Doritos crumbs, pressing gently to make sure the crumbs adhere to the dough.

Step 6:

Place the Doritos-covered pizza rolls onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle a bit of olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.

Step 7:

Bake the pizza rolls for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the Doritos crumbs are crispy. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving
