2 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups mixed dried fruits (papaya, pineapple, mango, etc.)
1 cup colorful mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
•INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the mix: In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla extract, dried fruits, marshmallows, and nuts (if using).
2. Add the crackers: Fold in the crushed graham crackers to give the mixture a bit of texture.
3. Press into mold: Line a baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread the mixture into it, pressing down lightly.
4. Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Slice and serve: Once set, remove from the fridge and slice into bars. Serve chilled.
