1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add Wet Ingredients
– Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until combined.
– Carefully stir in the boiling water (the batter will be very thin).
4. Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
5. **Prepare the Frosting:
– In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
– Gradually add cocoa powder and powdered sugar, alternating with milk, mixing until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

Once the cake is completely cool, spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles for decoration.
