Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread Subs

•INGREDIENTS:

1 loaf French bread, halved

2 cups cooked spaghetti

1 cup marinara sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

•INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Prepare the Bread: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the French bread loaf.

Bake the Bread: Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are slightly toasted.

Mix the Spaghetti: In a separate bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce until well coated.

Assemble the Subs: Distribute the marinara-coated spaghetti evenly over each bread half.

Add the Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the spaghetti on both bread halves.

Final Bake: Return the bread to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, slice into portions, and serve hot.
