Ingredients :
– 500 grams of prawns, peeled
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 200 ml of fresh cream
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– Salt, pepper, chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
3. Add the minced garlic and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Pour over sour cream, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
5. Let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken the sauce.
6. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley before serving.
