Super easy. It’s a dump meal. Total cost about $12 or less… this one feeds a lot.
1 package Kielbasa or smoked sausage (I use Ekrich Sausage) cut in chunks as shown in photo
1 32 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
1 small onion diced up
2 cups of cheddar
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of milk
1 10oz can of cream mushroom or chicken soup
Add sausage, hash browns, onion and cheese in a greased slow cooker (I use crockpot liners for easy clean up), then mix soup, milk, sour cream together.
I add salt and pepper, minced garlic, & onion powder to the mixture to
taste, then pour over sausage and hash browns . Next sprinkle about 1/2 cup more cheese on top.. cook on low for 6 hours or high for about 3-4 hours
Serve with salad, or roasted veggies for a complete meal, and maybe Texas garlic toast!
