Sweet, crispy, and oh-so-delicious!

•INGREDIENTS:

10 egg roll wrappers

1 large can of sliced peaches, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup water

Sugar and cinnamon to taste (for sprinkling)

Oil for frying

•INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a bowl, combine the drained and rinsed peaches with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Mash slightly to create a chunky filling.

2. Take one egg roll wrapper and place a tablespoon of the peach mixture in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in and roll up tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.

3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

4. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.

These egg rolls are such a treat that you’ll want to make them again and again! 😍🍩
