Stuffed potatoes with potatoes and cheese.

• INGREDIENTS :

Three potatoes

700 grams of finely chopped lettuce

200 grams of cheese, cooled and sliced

Chop one onion into small pieces and grate a carrot.

Optional ingredients:

100 grams of diced bacon

Chopped onions

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking process:

Heat sunflower oil in a large pan over medium heat. When the grated carrots and onions are soft, they are ready.

• INSTRUCTIONS:

If using bacon, fry it in small pieces in a pan. Sprinkle the cucumber with a little salt and pepper, then add it to the pan. Potatoes should be cooked until they are soft and slightly golden. Turn off the heat and allow them to cool slightly.

Mix the mashed potatoes with cheese and fried onions.

Assembly:

Take the potatoes and place them on a dry surface. You can fill them with a little stuffing to form the base of the rolls. Spread a little of the cheese and cabbage mixture on one side of the potatoes, and carefully stuff them. Use a toothpick to check if needed.

For frying:

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the potatoes on one side of the pan and turn them occasionally while cooking to ensure they cook evenly. They should be well-cooked and golden on both sides.

Before serving, remove the potatoes from the pan and place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Finish:

Heat and serve with your preferred dipping sauce or cream.
